Fall/Winter Programs (2019/2020)

 

Junior NBA/Microballers

  • Ages: 3.5 to 6 years old.
  • Times: 9:00 to 10:00 am.

At this stage, players learn the basic fundamentals of the game in a fun environment. Through fun activities and interaction with others, we introduce our young athletes to passing, shooting and dribbling skill development. Players scrimmage with little emphasis given to the rules of the game (traveling, double-dribbling, etc.).

Fall/Winter & Spring Programs

 

Junior NBA/Microballers (Weekend Program)

  • Session Date: Saturday’s, September 7, 2019 to December 14, 2019
    • December 24th and 31st are Holiday dates. 
  • Group 1, Ages: 3.5 to 6 years old
    • Times: 10:00 to 11:00 am
  • Group 2, Ages: 7 to 12 years old
    • Times: 11:15 am to 12:15 pm
  • Group 3, Ages: 7 to 12 years old
    • Times: 12:30 to 1:30 pm

Group A

CALLING ALL ATHLETES WHO WANT TO ELEVATE THEIR GAME & HAVE THAT COMPETITIVE EDGE!

  1. Learn how to move and set up proper spacing (without the ball) in order to create better scoring opportunities.
  2. Develop passing skills, reduce turnovers and keep your defender guessing your next move!
  3. Learn how to shoot the ball more effectively against any defender!
  4. Learn how to PLAY the GAME and not just run a play!

 

  • Ages: pre-teens, 7 to 10 years old.
  • Times: 10:oo to 11:00 am.

 

Group B

This program couples physical development with high-level basketball-specific skill development. The objective is to build athletic capacity, add and refine fundamentals, as well as, advanced basketball skills. Athletes are challenged to work hard in order to achieve their individual goals of personal development.

The program is geared towards players/athletes aiming to elevate and enhance their game to play for rep teams or their school teams. It will be intense and it will demand hard work and dedication from players.

  • Ages: teens11 to 14 years old.
  • Times: 11:00 am to 12:00 pm OR 12:00 to 1:30 pm
    • Parents will be notified in advanced on the time of the session. 
  • Training Sessions: every Saturday until December 15, 2019.

 

High-Performance Training Sessions
